Hi Thomas,

My policy is the following: redistribution of kqemu is allowed free of 
charge for non commercial Linux distributions, so it is OK for the 
Fedora, but I _cannot_ allow redistribution for use with the Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux distribution. A specific agreement must be signed 
between Red Hat and me for that topic.
