Tip of the Week: Minimise XMMS to System Tray
This will allow you to minimise XMMS to the system tray in KDE

- Get the xmms-status-plugin (http://www.hellion.org.uk/redhat/xmms-status-plugin-0.9-1.i386.rpm) from the bottom of this page: http://www.hellion.org.uk/xmms-status-plugin/
- Install the RPM: rpm -Uvh xmms-status-plugin-0.9-1.i386.rpm
- Go to preferences -> General Plugins in XMMS
- Select the plugin Status Docklet Plugin and configure it so that your mouse can control XMMS. Don't forget to enable it
- Go to Control Center -> Desktop -> Window Specific Settings
- Click New -> Detect, and then click on the XMMS main window.
- Go into preferences in the same window. Tick Skip Taskbar, and select 'Apply Initially'
- Restart XMMS
