This is a very simple process. You will need to get your splash screens from www.gnome-look.org

Step 1: Dowload this package gtweakUI (http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/1932130/com/gtweakui-0.0.6-5.i386.rpm.html) from RPM.pbone.net (http://rpm.pbone.net/)

Step 2: Install the package:

rpm -ivh gtweakui-0.0.6-5.i386.rpm

Step 3: Go to Redhat Panel >Desktop >Preferences >more preferences >session. Please note fedora has also >sessions NOT this one. You can also run the command from terminal or command line:

gtweakui-session

Step 4: Click the picture and choose your new splash screen by going to the folder where it was downloaded and saved and done.
