  • Ok, I'm back from a long vacation. 7 days in Korea and 14 days in Singapore. 21 days in total.
  • While in Korea, my wife and I bought a new computer for my parents so for the first time, they were able to send email to my sister in US.
  • It also met some of my computing needs since we ordered a high speed internet from local phone computer - KT (http://www.kt.co.kr/) (Korea Telecom).
  • In Singapore, we stayed over my wife's sister's place where they already have a computer and high speed internet. So I was able to continue to check email and edit wiki and even participate in chat meeting.
  • We attended my wife's brother's wedding in the last day and it was worth to wait two weeks in 30 degree Celsius (feels like 90 degree Fahrenheit) with extreme humidity which is typical weather in Singapore.
  • In contrast, it was 10 degree Celsius below 0 (that's 14 degree Fahrenheit) in Korea which gave me 5 days long of cold flu with high fever. Seriouly it was no fun and we didn't go anywhere since it was freezing cold.
  • Anyway, I'm so glad that I'm back in L.A. with comfy 65-70 degree Fahrenheit Southern California weather. image:smile.png
