It is possible to have several clocks displaying time of different time zones, if using KDE shipped with Fedora. To achieve this, first add another clock to the panel. To do that right-click on the panel and select Add-->Applet-->Clock. Then, right-click on the clock, then use "Show Timezone" menu to select needed time zone. - submitted by Leonid Mamtchenkov
