Installation of nVidia drivers was described in http://fedoranews.org/cms/node/2852 [1] story. But I know faster method.
* Install Livna repo information
rpm -Uvh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-7.rpm
* Install nVidia driver
yum -y install kmod-nvidia
That's all.
