How to submit a story or a blog

How to submit a story:

  • To submit a story, you need to create an account first.
  • Once your account is ready, click on create content from the navigation on your left and choose story.
  • Make sure to select Fedora Story for category when you submit a story.
  • Please use Preview button to preview your story.
  • If everything looks good, please use Submit button to submit the story in moderation queue.
  • After a review by one of our moderators, your story will be published under Fedora Stroy.
  • Once your story is published, you should be able to edit it again.
  • Please note everytime you submit, your story will be in moderation queue until approved by one of our moderators.

How to submit a blog:

  • WARNING - Please do not post support questions in your blog. They will be deleted!
  • To submit a blog, you need to create an account first.
  • Once your account is ready, click on create content from the navigation on your left and choose blog entry.
  • Please use Preview button to preview your blog.
  • If everything looks good, please use Submit button to submit the blog in moderation queue.
  • After a review by one of our moderators, your blog will be published under Fedora Blogs.
  • Once your blog is published, you should be able to edit it again.
  • Please note everytime you submit, your blog will be in moderation queue until approved by one of our moderators.

Editing Tips:

  • This site supports following for Input format.
    • Filtered HTML
      • Web and e-mail addresses are automatically converted into links.
      • Allowed HTML tags: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd>
      • Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
    • Full HTML
      • Lines and paragraphs are automatically recognized.
      • The <br /> line break, <p> paragraph and </p> close paragraph tags are inserted automatically.
      • If paragraphs are not recognized simply add a couple blank lines.
    • WikiText
      • WikiText is converted to HTML
